Yes, our product allows you to not only track them in real-time but also map their movements through the day and know the various clients that they have visited over the course of their shift. You can also use an aggregate on this data to provide your business insights.

Yes, you can use our pro feature that uses AI to automate the entire scheduling process and allocate work to your staff based on several parameters, including their location, all optimized to minimize costs and increase productivity.

We have a comprehensive expense tracking module that will allow you to keep track of all of the expenses undertaken by the employees. It also has a feature that will allow the software to measure the distance travelled by an employee to calculate the fuel expenses automatically! This allows many businesses to optimize the process of expense tracking and minimizes losses due to any miscalculation.

Our product is extremely flexible. We understand that no two companies, even within the same industry, operate in the exact same manner. Keeping this in mind we have built a workflow engine that is highly customizable, flexible and easy to use.

You can map out your business processes onto this workflow engine and even change it yourself in future as your needs evolve. 

We do undertake custom development on a case-to-case basis for customers. Although, this is dependent on the alignment of the request with our product roadmap. There will be additional charges associated with custom development done for your organization.

Yes, on special request the product can be white-labelled to meet your requirement. This depends on the use-case for which you are seeking to do the same and accordingly the case can be dealt with.

Your data is securely stored on a cloud server. Yes, you have the complete ownership of your own data.

Support & Updates

The product is highly customizable and configurable, and can accommodate a whole host of workflows. We help companies with the initial setup of their workflows as well.

Customizations beyond the product features present can be carried out at a cost.

We offer three levels of support L1, L2 and L3 depending on the nature of the issue that is faced by the customer.

Companies can also choose to have dedicated support if the deployment is large enough to warrant the same.

The mobile application is a part of the product that you purchase, you need not buy it separately. 

We have both Apple and Android applications supported on App Store as well as Play Store.

We will provide support, as required, for the initial setup to get the product up and running as per the needs of your organization. Complete support will be given, free of charge, till you have started use of the product during the initial 14 days of use. 

The product is robustly designed to be used out-of-box. However, you may opt-in for paid support after the completion of initial 14-days of free support. Please contact [email protected] for further details on paid support. 

We provide all support required over Email. If the issue is highly critical and requires L1 Support then it is escalated to the phone call from our side.
