The Website/Application is operated by FieldEZ Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in India (hereinafter referred to as ‘FieldEZ’). Our head office is at 8/2, Ulsoor Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560042. The Website/Application (App) herein shall mean a B2B SaaS application, hosted on the cloud, which can accessed by a computer, laptop, or any mobile device such as phone, tablet etc designed to run on computer, laptop, mobile device such as a phone, tablet, or watch. Reference to the term ‘Website’ shall include the term Application under this Privacy Policy.
- This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Use of the Website/Application. This Privacy Policy, along with the “Terms of Use” constitute an “electronic record” and “electronic contract” between you and us.

WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SENSITIVE DATA AND INFORMATION

- Usage Data – is collected automatically while using the service(s)by the Application (app) when you access the service by or through a mobile device (s)only as per the following:
- We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
- Usage Data may include information such as your Mobile Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, your preference of our service you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

FieldEZ reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your use of the Website/Application immediately, without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement or otherwise at its own discretion. According to this section or other sections of this agreement, FieldEZ may terminate your ability to continue to use Website/Application’s services temporarily or permanently in case:
- you breach any terms and conditions of the Agreement;
- a third-party reports violation of any of its right as a result of your use of the Services;
- we are unable to verify or authenticate any information provide;
- we have reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on part of such User; or/and
- your actions may cause legal liability.
Creation of duplicate account is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstance the User will be allowed to make duplicate account.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO A NATIONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATOR
If GDPR is applicable to you and you think we have processed your personal information unfairly or unlawfully, or we have not complied with your rights under GDPR, you have the right to complain to a National Data Protection Regulator.

- No administrator at FieldEZ will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer and your mobile phone. Be sure to log off from your account when finished. We do not undertake any liability for any unauthorised use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us by sending an email to [email protected].
- FieldEZ makes all User’s information accessible to its employees, agents or partners and third parties only on a need-to-know basis, and binds its employees to confidentiality obligations.
- Notwithstanding the above, we are not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your personal information by the third parties outside the scope of our agreement with third parties. Further, we shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of at FieldEZ including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking/ penetration testing, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, phishing, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User etc.
- Any information that we collect is not shared with or sold to any third party without the consent of the user or customer, except as mentioned in aforesaid paragraph.
